new financing tripled to $30m...

that was a major increase and a big amount of new cash.   I am very curious as to what happened that they went from $10m they hoped to raise and suddenly added 20m....  assume a large strategic investor cam e forward?  All rather curious...

 

depsite the dilution, this certainly will put them in good shape cash wise in a difficult market, so I think overall it is a good move to reduce risk, while reducing upside a bit in return.

 

any opinions?  Not much chatter on here...

good news, cashed up--good news, someone wanted a bigger piece (Rick rule anyone!) Bad news, dilution.  Rule said this would be a good year for financings, im sure he got his cheap EPZ shares and special warrants in this offering.-- I got  a piece at 1.09 this morn, looking for more, please dont rally just yet.
