Hello to all longs.  I am in at $1.06.  Had a nice chat with Rick Rule at the Vancouver conference and he is excited about the property and the new mgmt additions from Minefinders.  He also talked about the "threatening of litigation" re the financing.  Very knowledgable and forthright man. I have learned so much from him over the years. The show was dead but his speech was standing room only and his booth was always very crowded.  I find it hard to believe that a financing that was oversubscribed in a bad sector environment is still trading at less the $1.25 finance price 6 weeks later.  All I can say is "Thank you Mr. market!" I hadnt heard anything about litigation on the financing, anyone know anything on that?  thanks

litigation was only threatened, thats why EPZ expanded the offering, so  the potential litiagants could get their piece of the financing. Large holders like Rick Rule are buyers here, and holding out  for a sp multiples higher then today. europe drama temporarily out of the way, now this weeks job report. So soon  i think EPZ will  start to attack 1.30 and beyond. im fully
