Financing and wts now tradable

Wanted to let you know tha the big financing from May is now tradable stock, so we might see some extra supply pressure short term  (just what we dont need!).  But I expect the holders will not dump it at a loss but are longer term minded.

Also the warrants have been listed.  Double check but I think the terms are they give you the right to buy a share at 1.80 until May 24 2017.  So a leverage way to play it if you want.

Isn't there a 4-month hold on the stock issued from the financing?  From what I undestand I thought today marks the conversion of the special warrant units into individual stock plus warrant components.

yes they have just been converted.... subs receipts were waiting for the prospectus I think.  With a prospectus then they are tradable, no hold.   The wts are trading, so that confirms it.
