Stock closed a year ago prior to Christmas at $3.55 and re opened at .42......Yes all the insiders dumped prior to the close and the pumped up promised results were a outright failure.....I attended the Board Meeting for shareholders after the collapse....So ask yourself ,,,same mine will be same pumpers.....Yes...So where is Ellen Now!

the point you forgot is Ellen never sold. I have done enough due diligence to feel comfortable that it wasn't a pump and dump. I could be wrong. Just a gut feeling bruh. I own another stock CD which hit $6. and now is .80 cents. All the insiders dumped at $6. as well except the big dog Fipke hasn't sold a share. Its a tough racket this penny stock biz. I saw things different Pappy. I looked in managements eyes and saw dedicated professionals that have the experience to take a co. with a mkt cap of $12 million, and eventually selling it for $200 million. Ellen and her crew were novices. These guys have tasted the big leagues. Stayhard
