Has anyone ever seen a reverse split work

I shure haven't ,but its a great way to wipe out the retail investors.

Just read today's news 10% on a loan yearly +the 1,000,000 shares bonus is nice. Is it before R/S or after R/S? In these conditions, I have money to lend. I am happy I am not in. Just lurking for the right time after the R/S

Good move on their part. They dont dilute shareholders and can hopefully raise more money at more favourable terms when the markets recover.   Kwikwi, 10% is normal in the exploration industry due to the risks involved. 8%-12% is the norm.

What about the 1,000,000 shares x .03= $30,000  1,000,000 after the RS? x .30= $300,000   or after the Rs will it become 100,000 shares?   Quite a difference
