When the financing will be closed?

It seems the SP will fluctuate between 1.00 to 1.10, until the financing is closed.  The NR didn't mention the closing date, or I missed it?  We need to close this deal so we can move ahead!

Maybe we should make a deal with this company, using our DLE technology.

I don't see how they can close this deal at $1.10/unit when it's trading below the deal price.  It will have to be re-set at a lower price, say, maybe $0.90?

Yea there's no doubt the financing will be closed at a lower price that the original $1.10. HOWEVER, we just recaptured 20% of our shares + warrants, so we are overall coming out much further ahead. Then there's the deal with our next strategic partner, which should come with much better terms, given how much further along the project is. So overall, I think we come out much further ahead

I think the 20% shares and warrant dilution from the Livent agreement will be a sawoff once E3 refinances at lower levels from the original $1.10.  See so long ago. I see a financing at around $0.75 / unit. We should know something later this week.
