The $7.5 target price is coming from an investment house.  This is second recent coverage with a target price.  The other was $6.75.  This are speculative in nature.  But there does seem to be a momentum buidling around this stock again.

This conservative price of 7.50 is based other projects like Standard Lithium currently trading at $7.85  E3 has the goods it is just a question now of economics of scale. If the economics are proven then the 7.50 will look very, very, very, conservative indeed. With the next phases if completed satisfactorily then by next year this time the analyst's reports will indicate ...more
