Okay, so found another link (below), hope it works. The first 6+min don't relate at all to E3 but discussion of Korea starts about the 6:50 mark. Cda Nickel CEO claims that battery producing countries like Korea are desperate and are willing to put up all the equity funding. Even for his company he states the funding will be very straightforward to get. IMO, E3 has likely had similar talks

Yes, correct, nothing specific about E3 but I thought that maybe the tie between CNC and South Korea and their association might indicate that a similar relationship might take place between E3 and South Korea and that the Halt Trading could be to do with good news coming in that regard.
