What is driving this morning's run?

is it the lionheart buyout offer?

The stock has been going sideways for a more than a year, hard to believe.  Exceptional management has kept the number of outstanding shares so low.  So many benefits with DLE

Lionheart turning down that buy out, sure does send a signal to everyone about the strength of Li, and that plants just can't be bought out. Also E3 is getting more exposure, Chris has been hitting the road pretty hard preaching E3's developments and benifits to being in a location that is ready to go to market. All the talk about getting to pilot is now soley about the pilot with talk now

I think it's a combination of the M&I results, E3's 2023 plans, consolidation in the lithium space, and E3's increasing news flow and PR.  Investors are noticing a giant in the making.

My only fear is that there a push right to drive up the stock for another share issuance.

They have lots of money, not a possibility

Maybe some excitement / froth re federal budget dumping money into battery metals. Also biden's announcement re IRA money coming here for cleantech resources (admittedly a couple days ago)
