Playing The Devils advocate

We are just sharing ideas here.
I understand that Chris is globetrotting, peddling his wares, and making E3 the best thing since sliced bread. I also believe their Pilot is going to come in with positive results.
BUT….what about E3 Lithium?? Is it going to make it?
The Imperial Oils, the Volkswagen companies, and many others are waiting for the Pilot Project’s completion and announcement. If the results are positive, the fun will begin.
To me, a vertical Acquisition becomes a highly possible play. E3 Lithium ceases to exist
If, and this could be questionable, the mom & pop SH do get paid off,  it will only be a small slice of the pie, not the whole pie we have all been hoping for. I hate saying this, but Chris and his comrades will fare out quite well and get a truckload of money and sail off into the sunset, while NOBODY is going to care about us.

The markets made me a pessimist years ago, and I left the game. This one got me back on board to buy probably more shares than I should have.
So remember what you paid for my thoughts. Because that is  exactly what they’re worth.

I agree, the retail shareholders could really get stiffed!!! Chris got a boatload of shares just awhile back at 40 cents, so yeah he will make out like a bandit if he walks away from the company. (I hope he doesn't) BTW I shouldn't have hung around this long n sold my 135,000+ shares at the high of $5.73 a couple of years back!!! UNKLAL

keep your panties on guys.  Or quit bashing.   Things will work out just fine. When it's at $20 bucks make sure you sell your shares.

I agree with madmax. There is nothing in the history of this company or CEO that suggests anything except the determination to bring this project to full production.  They have done every single thing they have said they were going to do up to this point. There is no reason to start doubting now. It's going to be a great ride.

Arvid I think your missing my point. I think the CompAny is a well oiled machine properly run and determined to bring in the results for a Lithium Boom. It's after this boom I'm referring to. I honestly don't see E3 Lithium being the Lithium Producer of the future. I see an EXXON or Volkwagner or some other large corporation Banner flying. Do you or anyone on here honestly think if ...more

I hear you, and if course a buyout is a possibility, but I'm thinking mutually beneficial takeoff agreements are a strong possibility. We will see fairly soon. In the meantime, my shares are available to anyone for $25 each. PM me (talking to you Exxon).

Every company has a value that is it's future net profits. If a merger suitor wants to make a bid for E3, that is the starting negotiation position. From there it will be up to the shareholders to decide what an acceptable price might be. I think that if pilot results meet or exceed KPI the shares should go to $10 or higher in a hurry because of the considerable lithium ressource (16M/t ...more

Put your glasses back on MadMax . Nobody is Trasing or Pumping just some thoughts. GL
Comment by Yajne on Jul 31, 2023 12:25pm
Shackle, E3 is publicly traded and, to my knowledge, there is not a controlling block of shareholders that could approve any takeover without ALL shareholders getting their say. If a bid was too low, the majority of shareholders simply wouldn't tender their shares and the deal is not terminated. What mechanism are you suggesting that would leave common shareholders (including retail) out in ...more

we are talking about some heavy hitters so big $$$$$ would be in play There's a few ways for them to get an acquisition but probably the easiest for them would be stock purchase to gain control. I think history is that in most cases acquisitions are very seldom ever stopped by the mom & pop SH. I say again we could get a slice but not the big portion we were hoping. and I'm not bashing ...more
