They needed to stop the bleeding... e3 had very little cash in the bank and reality was coming knocking. With this cash they have wiggle room. It came at a great expense tho..

What do you think is the 1 year GAIN on this stock?

As a long on E3 I expect a 10 bagger over next year, culminating in a buyout by Exon Mobil (imperial).

WOW...let's hope it happens , the company sounds promising so your saying a buy out is possible by a MEGA corporation.

Well, the resource is there 16 million tons. The technology is available to get lithium out if the brine with 94 percent effectiveness.  It's really an issue now of flow rates of brine to achieve goal of 20 thousand tons a year and then more from there.  With the knowledge Re flow rates of Imperial Oil  -Exon it should be doable.

Chances of success  ? In other words I'm thinking of investing 10.000 dollars what are the odds of big PROFIT ?

Only invest what you can afford to lose.

Yeah...problem is the Canadian banks don't gove you much on interest so basically you have to invest if you want to make any REAL gains.

Depends on your timeline... if you put 10k in tomorrow and never look at it again till 2026. I'd suspect a massive profit... in the short term at least 3 catalyst to drive share price way up... KPI's LHM results PFS And who the hell knows what's inbetween...  bottom line is the power behind those 3 will squash any bought deals, or short selling.
