No $2 a share.  It isn't the first time, probably the same percent.  You invested in this in August 2023 correct?

There was $11 million on the short.  The volume was pretty high from $4 to $5+, kind of sad but I'm primarily worried about myself like everyone.  I had pretty high expectations.

I feel as though I've been disrespected and when I feel that way I can only hold it in so many times.  Maybe I'm disrespecting myself in the process.  I'll be happy to sell this much higher than here.

I don't care. The feds have kicked in, you wouldn't know it by the share price at the time, although higher now than then.

The shareholders equity in E3 at the end of June, 2023 was $ 37,505,000, so a $ 20,000,000 cash infusion is a significant event.  The cost to build the commercial plant and associated infrastructure was estimated in 2020 to be $ 602,000,000 US (roughly $ 800,000,000 Can). I am unsure whether the cost to develop the DLE process and build and test the pilot plans were components of the ...more

$600 million U.S. and maybe higher, for a production plant. A NPV for the project at 20 tonnes a year was stated as $1.1 billion U.S., right? The NPV is the current value that one would accept today in a lump sum payment for the income stream over the lifetime of production, right? Question: Does the $1.1Bn NPV include the cost of the commercial plant? TIA.

Looks like it does. https://tinyurl.com/23vc2fxz

Table 22.3 (Cash Flow Forecast) to the PEA lists the expected cash flows for the 20 life of the project. The forecast lists the initial capital cost to build the plant and sustaining capital costs to replace the pumps. Although not explicitly stated, the NPV would be based on discounted cash flows, so I am quite certain that the initial cost of the plant was taken into consideration when ...more

"So it should be clear that E3 will have to go through many more painful financing activities" You betcha!
Comment by Greatvac1 on Sep 22, 2023 9:25am
And it appears as though they will be done as painfully as absolutely possible for those long on the stock.
