Most likely the ones thinking it will go to $50 bucks. I'll sell my boat load at $25+, buy a couple of million dollars worth of bank n utility stocks; I already have enough oil n gas then probably buy back in as ETL pushes into the triple digits!!! Ain't dreaming out loud on Saturday FUN??? UNKLAL

My understanding only. Say a private investment firm (Investor) wanted to obtain control of E3 and take it private, Investor would make a bid to acquire 90 % plus of the common stock of E3. Investor would offer a premium to purchase the E3 shares in order to entice E3 shareholders to accept the offer. I like your thinking UNKLAL. The banks and utility stocks are primed for the picking. Wait until next week's turmoil from the U.S. Budget fiasco, and pile in big at great prices. They're paying 6.5%+ dividends, so for the 'safe' part of your portfolio, I'm with you. A history of 20+ years of not missing a payment, and continually increasing the payments. Can't go wrong
