I thought yesterday's investor meet would have garnerred more traction for this stock today. But nothing! Why? The presentation was really good! Well organized and managed. This stock should be $4 + by now. Is something else is going on behind the scenes?

Chris Doornbos & your partner IMO ... please explain to your "other investors"  'Separately, from the exercise of stock options that were or are soon to expire, some insiders plan on selling a portion of their shares to pay for the associated tax liabilities. The insiders continue to remain supportive of the Company and have collectively agreed to sell only the minimum

They deserve to be compensated for work done.  People put a lot of emphasis on insiders selling, they didn't have to reassure anyone but they did.  I don't feel worried at all.

Agree, employee stock options amount to diddly squat for volume sales. Something else going on here to keep a lid on it. Should be trading alot higher. GLTA

I don't know what further information Chris would need to provide. Stock options are added to taxable income (FMV less option price) when the options are exercised, so the insiders will incur a tax liability and some have chosen to pay their liabilities through sale of a portion of their E3 holdings. I understand that the tax liability does not have to be paid to April 30th but E3 does not
