Time for a new CEO? Perhaps a hard nosed leader who give's a shiite about the share price, and the bad optics of directors who buy and sell 8600 or 10,000 shares right before announcements are made. I don't think they take Chis seriously. He's too nice.

6 months ago are share price was just a tad lower than it is today. E3 is in a start-up phase. It has no revenue, only costs.... The question to ask is whether the company has moved forward  in the last 6 months with the ultimate goal of selling lithium and turning a profit. E3 has raised cash through share sales, built and successfullly  operated a pilot plant to produce lithium

I was thinking the same thing.  Chris is too busy globetrotting and doing promo.  He comes off as a huckster and obviously has no control over things like keeping press releases secret. Is he in over his head?

I don't see Chris as a huckster by any means. I think he's too nice. His promo efforts are good, and not overdone either. His BOD's selling for tax purposes makes sense , except for the last one. 8,600 shares the day before the final KPI numbers was a trivial sale, but horrible optics given the price drop. The CEO is ultimately responsible for the share price.

I said it's how he comes off, allowing things like that share sale and a leaked NR.  Perhaps those occur because he's too nice?  He's also got this company on the edge of a hostile takeover.  The sharks are circling with such a massive deposit and share price/count so low.
