Mr Varshney is an incredibly lucky individual. A good chuck of his recent selling of ETL shares just happened to hit the peak of the MrPennyStocks pump. He sold 29,800 shares around $5/sh in mid-September.

And then, interestingly, on October 24: "Peeyush Varshney has agreed to step down from E3 Lithium’s Board of Directors effective immediately".

And then on the very next day, October 25, ETL was contacted by the OTC Markets Group about MrPennyStocks stock promotion activity.

Who cares.  This is nickal and dime nonsense.  This is a multi multi Billion dollar project.  Some of the post here about E3  make me wonder about the intelligence of the posters??   Are they even investors or just posting for fun. Look, it is simple, ignore all non substantial news and hold your E3 shares until the fat lady sings.  So far she hasn't even arrived
