My bet -- new CEO before new year.
Surprised not one interviewer has ever asked the typical:
does current mgt plan to build this?
Chris said after seeing & releasing the in-house PFS before end of year, they'll be hiring around another 30 people to manage the process.
To me, a new CEO to build his Developmental team.
And all will be exceptional hires.
Of course current E3 stays on-board, just a welcomed shuffling.

Why in the world would he do that, and why wouldn't the current team with an incredible amount of experience simply build the thing? They've all got to stay long enough to vest their options anyway outside of Chris, and why would he possibly leave just when things would start to really pick up?

No no...not leave. He has 3 titles. Frees him up to deal with the expanding back-end customers, etc.. Just like he said another new hiring in the past allowed him,,,,freed up his time. He can't oversee a plant/hydrox build & keep up the industry connections....I also said all top notch new hires to go with the current E3 team....pretty sure that includes Chris
