Mikey just exercised 100K worth of options at 0.70 per share. That's probably his reason for his recent sale of 16,400 shares. The taxman really should give option holders a break when they exercise and the market price is higher than their exercise price. Havnig to pay the tax bill up front for any paper gains seems a bit punitive, and isn't in the best interests of shareholders.

Or just do away with options & warrants. I can't get an Option on my groceries --- product / payment.

I'll certainly be voting against the granting of options/warrants going forward.
