That & these couple August posts, +  now POSCO huge move......just re-read the jist of buy-out, etc...

I'd prefer a  partnership
E3 -- 16mt's & can remove it
X -- resevoir knowledge
POSCO -- cathode / OEM's

In any scenario, retail can not be impressed with a headline offering "$1b"..."$2b", etc... 

 

Once successful KPI's, it's only about infrastructure & anything in that range, would be gutter, low-ball offer.
