But I haven't seen one complaint about the bought deal at 3.55
as I told my buddy I believe it was picked up by insiders who then promptly unloaded some of  their forty cent shares to bag holders at great profit while they believed it was worth 3.55 ,
as far as taxes are concerned I learned to love paying it ,the more the merryer. .

I'm not surprised there are no complaints about the bought deal at $3.55. As I said at the time, I think the underwrites may have shorted the stock when the price was North of $3.55, and paid back the borrowed shares with the shares they bought in the financing. A cool million+ for doing nothing.
