many institutions get fussier under two bucks on going short ,or buying on margin ,
so we will see what happens here !

  Institutions aren't touching this.  Too little trust that management will protect shareholder interests.  E3 has a huge integrity problem right now. Remember that the day before KPI numbers were released the stock jumped 15%.  That alone shows that news can't be contained and that those in the know have access that regular investors do not.  Let's also not

Looking at fintel.io If I am correct in what I read: There are 11 Institutional Investors as of today.  5 have been around a while   6 of them are new as of end of November 2023.  Interestingly, there are Institutional Investors shorting etl   Hope this helps
