I have to ask

If a hostile takeover occurs with company value so depressed, will the defenders of Chris still be making excuses for him?  To me this is the biggest failure of management as they should not have E3 in such a perilous position.   My opinion only.

How would management boost the share price other then advancing the project and controlling controllable variables?  They can't control Li prices (Industry Risk) or Market/Economic risk. If they don't have news to share there is no news. I am hoping there is no major dilution of shares, I would appreciate an update on Capital Structure when the PFS is issued.

One thing IMO I don’t think they should have done was to resale 5,640,000 common shares  (each, an “Offered Share”) at a price of C$3.55 per Offered Share (on a “bought deal” basis for gross proceeds of C$20,022,000 (the “Base Offering”). Keeping in mind the SP at that time was above the 3.55.  It was not necessary at that time.

I don't understand how that was not necessary. They need to fund continued development. They can do that in several ways: grants, raising equity, or taking on debt. They raised equity and diluted shareholders.  It's the least preferred but not unheard of and common for this stage of the company. What has you twisted here is that it did not benefit you at this time. If they took on ...more
