Will questions be allowed?
I wonder if questions will be allowed at the webinar? If not, I believe 3 things must be discussed:
1. Why is management continuing to sell their shares and why is Mike O'Hara in particular still with E3? Are other changes in management being considered?
2. What does possible government grant money look like for 2024 and beyond?
3. Is E3 in any negotiations to bring on a major partner (like POSCO)?
Lets hope this webinar isn't just a rehash of what we already know. We need more than fluff Chris.

4. Is management concerned that a hostile takeover is possible? Market value has fallen off a cliff.

Specifically is there the possibility of government grants (Canada and/or USA) for the building of the commercial production facility?

A re-emphasis of important questions. I also would like an answer to why insiders continue to sell shares and why Mike O'Hara in particular seems to have no confidence in ETL

If YOU want Mike off the board. You as the shareholder need to vote him off. That being said, Chris is a major shareholder, so he should be able to get that done.

I want board members that believe insider ownership is important and aren't just wanting to cash their chips in as soon as they can. Mike has proven otherwise.

Then vote him out at next AGM. That's assuming you own shares. You never know someone's motivations for selling though, he may have needed the money. That being said, given he is 35 years into his career, I hope he is not in need of money at this point.....now being greedy is another thing haha.

I think this may be the first time I ever seen so much empahsis placed on Board menbers. CEO and Management were always part of my DD but never Board members. They come and go like buses. What they do or dont do was never on my radar. Maybe I was missing somethin. gl
