E3 Losing Talent

There is a taste of bad management here at E3 and I think it lands with Chris D.  Robyn was not in that position very long and now is moving on. For a company this size, with most significant compensation is tied up in shares, a person leaves a lot behind when quitting as they leave a lot of equity behind. Chris is likely micromanaging everyone and its driving people crazy. People quit when they are not being heard and things are not moving the way they should.

I think Chris needs to leave this to a seasoned CEO and the board needs to identify this and remove him. As a shareholder, I continue to be concerned with the upper leadership of this company. Again, love the resource, not a fan of management.

As everyone knows I'm not a huge fan of management but I believe today's news is positive and that there's no need to jump to unproven conclusions/allegations. Maybe Robyn chose to leave for a better opportunity?   Maybe she is moving?  Maybe she wasn't competent?  Who knows the reasoning why except for those on the board? What did O'Hara bring to the table?  ...more

The one thing you're missing is that Robyn Boschman only lasted 3 months on the job because she wasn't qualified. She only got the job because she allegedly was having an affair with Leigh Clark, which is a breach of code of conduct (both are married). There is irrefutable evidence that they were in a undisclosed close personal relationship leading to the hiring and preferential treatment ...more

Plus Chris only worries about himself and his family being compensated. Heard he literally gives out stickers in lieu of cash bonuses. The staff's stock options are worthless....will never be in the money.

you should disclose you are paid by the company. Regulators and the stock exchanges frown upon your posts.

Someone should have told Robin Boschman that being a gold digger doesn't mean you have experience in mining.
