You're expecting too much competence from this management team.   This is why everyone needs to vote AGAINST the options plan.  Light a fire under their butts to begin driving share value upwards instead of hovering back around 52 week lows.

If that is the case, things are a little out of sync. And unless the TSXV is perfectly efficient, the share price would not be sinking.  We know from last year there are leaks as E3 started to bust a move before things were made public. The fact that the SP is sinking coming into PFS is not a good sign, neither is the equity issue for PSUs, Options, etc. My bet are on significant share
