Excellent info, dispelling some of the nonsense posted here.  This is a long term project that's 3 years out.  It's a buy and hold.  Money burn is minimal.  It may be the political winds that cause the most concern at this point.

Wow sleeplemon thats the first post you made with some sense to it but keep the politics out of it. The webinar did expand on the PFS and I feel a lot better about E3. but it will be on the shelf for awile.

It will be very interesting on how this plays out from a capital structure point of view. With the working capital that they have now, and their goals for the next year, it is likely that a equity raise is within the next year. Furthermore, they are likely going to spend $6M in salary alone over the next 12 months. The stock price needs to be higher so they need to add value to the company. I like
