Red Cloud Analyst pegs E3 PFS at $210M; Demo Project

MLA Schulz says E3 Lithium's demo plant will cost over $13 million.....why hasn't the company disclosed any information?? The Clearwater project still isn't economic and won't breakeven this DECADE. If you assume they construct at the end of 2027, with a 4 year payback, they're not profitable until next decade....no wonder they need government support because real investors and the business world won't back them. Hope this doesn't end of like all other government backed projects - both the investors and taxpayers lose.

Red Cloud is negative on E3 Lithium's PFS: "After applying our LT LHM price assumption of US$20,000/t and certain financing assumptions, we estimate that the NPV8% of the Clearwater project is ~US$210M all else being equal" - this is a lot lower then what the PFS estimates.
