Chris is definitely getting better at hosting webinars. The 1st half was a snoozer, the second half was more interesting. $47 million between cash and near to cash, and $45 million NAV. Lots of waiting and patience required in this one. Maybe a little more faith in a partnership. Maybe. I'll have to sleep on it and give another listen. Anyone else have any comments?

I liked the comment about 3 non-binding offtake agreements and 4 MOUs. Demo plant up and running this summer. Things still look positive, but it's going to be a minute or two.
