Very low probability in the near to medium term. Dilution is going to suppress the stocks ability to jump higher.

They are funded for around 2 years from this point, so no immediate need to raise capital.

And Chris made very clear that they are working with the government to get the ITC and  structure it to ensure as much of the project qualifies as possible. Have the bank come in for 50-70% financing and offtake agreement financing to make up the rest if necessary. There should be no dilution, but the expectation by the market of dilution and ways out of revenue is keeping the stock ...more
