Yesterday evening (June 7th) a new twitter post appeared

"Production began at the South Texas Rosita In-Situ Recovery Uranium Central Processing Plant in 2023 and our next South Texas plant, Alta Mesa, is planned to start ramping up in June 2024."

To my mind, that's different from Sherrif stating "production in 6 to 7 weeks", on April 15th; and different from Goranson stating "May 7th at 10AM", though Goranson may have been referencing the start of flow of loaded resin.

I'll keep an open mind until it's clear what production occurs by end of H1 2024.  But it's hard to avoid the question as to whether there was a problem bringing Alta Mesa back online, and I'd rather know what that was, rather than be kept in the dark.
