I believe it's on there balance sheet. They've paid off 8-11% of it already if I'm not mistaken. Debt going down, revenues are going up. Hexo 1 million sq feet 732.5 million market cap  EVE 1 million sq feet 49 million market cap lmfao same amount of weed. Yet Hexo is 15x more  youd be insane to sell EVE jmo

That's correct Derek. The only remaining risk in EVE's business model is attaining EU GMP. Once that is achieved we just have to kill some time and wait for the euros to start pouring in $$$$$$

i think they had the full amount advanced once the bldg ws completed.  I would imagine they are just starting or about to start payments.  There is no rhyme or reason that EVE has been so undervalued the entire time.  Bay street has underestimeated what a small town flower grower can do. Eve is lean because it has always had to be.  The fat cats will suffer and some will die.

Last financials show they had drawn down 16.5 million of the line of credit. It was the first thing I looked at when I started my DD. I am not concerned at all, it costs money to built a state of the art facility and sometimes you need to spend money to make money. I know any of the major banks in Canada wouldn't have approved this without a thorough review of their business plan.
