More on BOD....

In Canada....

A Corp must have at least 3 BOD's.....if it is soliciting...which EVE is.
2 must not be employees.
So, I think we have 1 BOD (emplyee...Melinda)
and 2 others not emplyees (Sood & the new guy)
Sood (the only insider) sold $154K of stock @ avg price $0.31 in last year.

The only one BTW

Maybe he's ready to start buying...after all he's still in there.

Good info and having sat on numeorus Non-Profit Boards it more less a requirement to have a certain number of as per the constitution/by-laws/acts or provisions of the company and or associations doing business. Agenda's have recorded minutes during monthly/Q meetings,action items that may need to be passed etc...... I had a look at shares from the recent BOD's who left......fully ...more
