PB and everyone getting ready to play the short side..........shareholders still  have to vote on this. I mean which fool would actually vote in favor of a reverse split? Also, wouldn't a private placement serve the same purpose if "management feels there is too many outstanding shares for the size of the company"......issue a private placement at a 7 cents and call it a day

Are there enough non-insiders that can vote against the RS ? Every insider will vote 'yea' because it's good for them to do so. Their goal is to make the company survive by positioning themselves so that they can raise more funds. It's not to appease the retail shareholders.
