Consolidation Ratio Range.....
I have a thought I would be interested in opinions on. If EVE is to remain a going concern consolidation as part of a raise should be expected and not surprising if they can get it considering Germany contracts have not materilaized to date or other catalysts. What's interesting and stands out for me is the wide range of 2:1 to 10:1 reverse split they are considering. If consolidation is pursued it doesnt make sense to consolidate to anything much lower than a $1 to attract investment interest. At the current share price that would mean converting close to a 10:1. I can't help but get the feeling that EVE is anticipating that shareholders will react positively to news they potentially have coming out over the next few weeks including their next results. The sector is heating up a bit. If the stock price creeps up to 20 cents between now and AGM they'll likely do a 5:1. If it goes to 33 cents it will be about 3:1. That satisfies their range of 2:1 to 10:1 that they are advisig shareholders on. All I'm saying is it is strange that he range is so wide with only a month to execute after the vote. They know what their after cosolidation share price target is. I say about a $1 is their end game.

excuse my lack of experience with this...........I know consilidating will provide cash....but having a 1$ share price will do what? Can this be a move to get onto a better exchange?

A consolidation for the stock price to be under $1, doesn't make sense. At this stock price, get ready to have at least a 10 to 1 split. And then, if the stock price goes down 10%, here we go again... Let's hope that future good news takes us over 0.20, then will be a diffrent ball game, Good luck longs, will need it !

There is no news suggesting a $1 share price or move to a better exchange. It would cost money to consolidate which is the opposite of providing cash. Nothing has actually happened except voting on possibilities. June 25 there will be more answers but in the mean time some one is scooping good volumes which the company was questioned about. There are games afoot.
