REVERSE SPLIT

Why am I not seeing any comments on the reverse split that EVE is planning?

It's old news. Go back 15 pages, you see the war of comments regarding this.

I'm thinking there is going to be a sh!tty raise coming soon that will dilute this stock to the tune of 100 milllion shares or so. But even with that dilution the outstanding share count would be 387 million with Melinda owning 58 million of those shares leaving the tradable float at 327 million which is not outrageous. Former business partner still has about 18 million shares unless he's ...more

Sad thing is that the expansion was approved in December so they should have had a crop. Based  on their own projection of 50000 kg per year, they should not need any money. Just another B.S. projection.
Comment by Rpizzle on Jun 02, 2020 5:10pm
They have 8 million worth of product in inventory so your right they shouldn't need a raise. But they shat the bed and had poor sales and are sitting on product so even if they had a crop from the expansion it wouldn't matter unless they had a buyer
Comment by corvette67 on Jun 02, 2020 5:12pm
So they are toast--can't sell the product they already have. GLTA
Comment by Rpizzle on Jun 02, 2020 5:18pm
Yeah hence the need for a raise until they can start shipping to Germany
Comment by corvette67 on Jun 02, 2020 5:46pm
A crop ( based on their projections) should produce 25mil gms.If that is in inventory, that works out to $.30  gm. I have friends that are paying $4.00 gm.Perhaps they can tell her how to unload it. GLTA

Trusting Inv numbers from EVE is like buying land in florida.... until you open the door, you aint got a clue whats there. Keep in mind EVE just took an inventory write down of over $5 million dollars on overstated vault inventory valuations. I'm suprised the CEO isn't under investigation for that one!!! Classic cannabis bait and switch tactic on novice investors. GTL

Why would you assume they harvest twice a year ?
Comment by corvette67 on Jun 03, 2020 11:53am
Cannabis Grow Bible states  3-4 months to harvest. I assumed only 2 crops per year since  they seem to be incompetent. Aphria can do that. We have no evidence they have harvested a crop  since December approval. GLTA
Comment by Rpizzle on Jun 03, 2020 1:13pm
They stagger the growth so they can have smaller weekly or monthly harvests instead of harvesting everything at once which would create quite the bottle neck. Sure there has been no evidence of them harvesting a crop from the new expansion, but that doesn't mean they haven't.
Comment by Burnsmart on Jun 03, 2020 2:19pm
Ivan has stated that they are currently harvesting i believe
Comment by Burnsmart on Jun 03, 2020 2:21pm
i was told on 5/8 that they had been harvesting from flower room 3
Comment by Rpizzle on Jun 03, 2020 2:46pm
Yeah IR told me as well as Ivan. But it's not public record so people will whine about it
Comment by colonelklink1 on Jun 03, 2020 3:57pm
Harvest times can be staggered with different flowering times and rates on varying cultivars. All the big guys like Aphrai and Canopy can have their greenhouses full at all time while staggering their harvest dates. Based on your argument, one needs to build a 1 million sq foot greenhouse only to have it filled up 33% of the time, to stagger their harvests!!! Holly, are people this "special ...more
Comment by Rpizzle on Jun 03, 2020 5:14pm
They didn't immediately fill their greenhouses, it's a process. Sure they are full now but it didn't start that way. Also where are you getting this magic 30% number you keep throwing around ?
Comment by SunChild on Jun 03, 2020 1:16pm
That means you think it takes 6 months to grow weed.  No one is that incompetent.
Comment by Rpizzle on Jun 02, 2020 8:05pm
The 8 mill in inventory was as of March 31st and I believe they have yet to harvest from expansion at that point .
Comment by DerekVTXman on Jun 03, 2020 2:57am
I am pretty sure you are correct RPizzle.  December 31st inventory was just over $6 Million if I recall, so that would reflect just FR#2.  The two big catalysts are going to be 2.0 license and what that happens we will likely wake up to the new product reveals.  The second obviously is a bulk germany shipment.  I am more than happy to be in and averaged down before any of this ...more

If Eve is toast why are they growing so much new product.  Maybe they're bored?
Comment by Ghost777 on Jun 03, 2020 9:17am
I'm eating toast
Comment by Spectra7 on Jun 02, 2020 4:14pm
one would have to assume that nobody really cares. Cheers S7
