Why don't the Q3 financials show

equipment repairs and write offs of Zillas HVACs if they were defective and the cause of crop failures? Probably because the stock pimps lied?

Hey M....PumpTards full of BS. Enerzone saved EVE's EU GMP azz in November 2019. EVE had a months old quote for specialized drying room HVAC needed for EU GMP. But, EVE didn't order it in time...screwed! But, Enerzone came to the rescue and designed & built the required HEPA filtration units, Carbon Scrubbers and Postive Pressurization equipment  on a super-rush basis...in 2 ...more

Ok, I'm glad to hear the whole story, thank-you ! Now, Bobby, did you get paid full and complete for your services?
Comment by Fishercat1 on Dec 11, 2020 9:04pm
Well here is my theory if I buy Bobs post about his stuff working flawlessly but I asked him if its STILL Working Flawlessly TO This Day AND did Davidson have to get involved  and WHY ? All rite off and Extra Services by Davidon would impact Q3 HUGE so a pertinent question while we have Bob freaking out about answers on Q3 ? . Humm . So smoke but no gun If I buy Bobs post is Melinda said hey ...more

This has been fun seeing the Characters involved, and the Story of EVE. You can all, think whatever you want ! But I remember watching POT stocks explode before I felt comfortable investing in them, too much hype. Over hype in my opinion. But this one caught my eye early, and that's why I kept my eye on it. Waiting ......... .....for the right time to buy some. In My Opinion.

FISHER, the total HVAC that Enerzone sold to EVE for their 6 drying rooms was about $75,000. It was a simple sell/buy by invoice transaction. No shares involved. Without Enerzone's HVAC units, EVE would not have been ready or passed the EU GMP inspection that occurred less than 3 weeks after I became aware of the drying room problem they had. Enerzone was paid in full by cheque...again no ...more

Hey Skier, Yes, Enerzone was paid by cheque in full for about $75,000 worth of equipment. No "shares" involved....straight biz sell/buy. That was the total $$$ for the equipment for their 6 drying rooms. Truth be told though, Enerzone had to put a "hold" on the final delivery as payment was well past due. We needed a cheque or no delivery. Enerzone rarely has to do this ...more

That's not unusual in Business. Final Delivery, Customer wants to make sure all is a-ok before you all take the money and run....or bash the carp out of them....as we see. Actually glad to see they saw something no so copassetic and held back the payment a little, smart business move. Glad to hear you stating all is A1 with the equipment you installed, and you have been paid in full. Whatever ...more

Hey Skier, The EU GMP inspectors only inspected drying rooms 1/2/3 and that was about 2-3 weeks after Enerzone first learned EVE hadn't ordered the required equipment from another party that had quoted EVE several months prior. EU GMP inspectors [from Germany] gave an "ok" to drying rooms 1/2/3 that had EnerZone equipment in it to control air quality...the key item for EU GMP. The ...more

60 days is nothing. My customers generally all push the limits of 45 days and some go to 60. Beyond 60 we do generally cut them off. Fact is you got paid in full.
Comment by reallyBobbyZ on Dec 12, 2020 9:35am
Hey Skier, I hear you. That first invoice was well over 60 days....and EVE was a first time customer that we had "jumped thru hoops for" so it raised alarm bells. Enerzone has 2 state-of-the-art, large HVAC manufacturing plants and receivables in the multi-miilions. We've seen it all, but we are tough on credit abusers. They are given terms of 50% with order and balance prior to ...more
