Circular in next 3 weeks for April 19 Shareholders Meeting?

With the April 19 Annual Shareholder & Special Meeting 7 weeks away, there will need to be a Circular sent out with Vital Information for Shareholders [and PUMPERS/BASHERS] to review. Circulars are normally sent out 30 days in advance.

Expect Q4/20 Financials before the April 19 meeting....or why have it?

the circular doubles as the meeting agenda. It will highlight the main items of discussion. You're right, the financials should be released a couple days before.
