Who sells at these prices

Is it all smoke and mirrors?  at 3.5 cents and MC of 11 million.  Is it not as cheap as you can get?

Exactly, few long time investors are selling in panic but the thing is the company is ramping up production and sales are growing fast.  Now is the time to buy not sell.  I've bought a ton of shares between $.25 and $.50.  Just time to wait in financials now.
