I respect your opinion, but I don't think this one batch will hurt.
Being in the Quality field myself, if their QMS is anyting like ISO, they will document this 
through a Non Conformance, perform root cause analysis and document corrective actions and preventative actions.  I'm not worried that Bavaria is concernet with one batch.  I don't like it, but it won't affect the bottome line.

Oh, that should correct everything just as well as when it happened last time. LMAO   Management hasn't a clue as to what they're doing and are completely incompetent. You should be very very concerned about Bavaria. As I just said, it's not the first time it's happened. Twice in less than a year. ....
