Not so Ghost....EVE's biz plan also has a sizeable "extract" component. EVE sent 5,000 kgs off to Nextleaf for extraction thinking there was money in it. And, Eve wants to supply extracts to Dr Kerk product and Colio. An acquaintance of mine is involved in a legal 80,000 plant outdoor operation near Dover, Ont. They peg their costs at 10-13 cents per gram depending on variety.

I'm thinking it's near impossible to compete for EVE when you have a huge oversupply and growers that grow that much at a fraction of the costs ......

Hey BHB....ya, he's making good $$$. This is their second year and they have picked the best strains from the 14 they tried last year. He and his partners are hard-nosed biz folks who have made loads of $$$ in their past ventures.

Z.......Melly says Kerk is out in next 2 weeks so most of the German weed is being "extracted" for the Kerk stuff.

Exactly Bobby and not only do other grow ops grow at a fraction of the costs they also have their own extraction facility whereas EVE has to go through a 3rd party further increasing their costs. Melly would be better off going back to growing her Petnias again or converting the greenhouse into a tomato hothouse .....
