Just now on SEDAR.

EVE sold 2,777,778 shares at 18 cents plus warrant provision for 18 cents each = $500,000 cash they required badly.

ALSO...EVE leased out a portion of its greenhouse to the same party who bought the shares. I wonder who that was?...EVE isn't saying. WHY?

LOL....EVE totally built WAY TOO BIG a facility and now they are straddled with the debt....so let someone else grow there.

Most of the $500,000 will probably go to pay salaries of management.
