IMO, What is EVE worth? 18 cents if you get warrants & lease

Today's EVE announcement on SEDAR has set a probable valuation on EVE... at 18 cents now....and 25 cents for next 2 years (the warrants) IF YOU GET a Lease of the greenhouse out of the deal too.

EVE doesn't need its massive 1,000,000 sq ft so it is leasing it out to the same guys who bought the 18 cent shares and warrants (they didn't say how much space at what compensation level etc).

BTW....Q3 is over tomorrow. It will be another TRAIN WRECK but we don't get to see it for about 2 months.
