I’d give serious thought to investing in Eve IF

it got realistic on how best to use its facility!
FIRST divide the massive greenhouse in two with a permanent wall. It doesn't need to be used exclusively for weed.
SECOND grow cannabis in one half to Develop the domestic and foreign markets.
THIRD grow all year revenue generating crops tomatoes/dukes/etc and supplement with seasonal spring/fall/winter floral like petunias/tulips/poinsettia/etc.

With the massive number of greenhouses converted to cannabis along with the massive disaster occurring in BC a shortage is now occurrring in food crops with prices skyrocketing. During good and poor times economically, people still spend time and dollars making there homes/yards look attractive.

The market is there. Do you want the business.

Hey M....EVE "is broke". Where would they get the $$$ to even build a wall in their greenhouse to "divide it into two"? And, Melly has tried growing things at this same location since 2006 and made Sweet F**k All. Since 2006 she has tried flowers (as The Flower Ranch and MD Greenhouse), strawberries and even algae for cosmetics....ALL FLOPPED!...just like her WEED biz. You
