Any value in Eve?

I hold about 10k shares in this suckpig of an operation. Now, on my bank statement, I'm being asked if I wish to dump these shares by donating them to the bank. Sounds like there's not much of a choice, since I don't like being reminded of this dreadful loss every time I updatae my investment results.
Question is, are they definitely valueless or is there a chance someone might step in, pick up the pieces and pay at least a nominal sum for O/S shares, or are they worthless, as the bank would have me believe?
