2 New NIS Romanian Tenders

Today, NIS posted two tenders from Naftagas Romania; first for transportation drilling/workover rigs, the second for Craine Services for OFS jobs. Things are happening. We just need to wait a few more moments. I expect before too much longer announcements will be made. Probably conversations will start shortly on the other site.

Who knows, but my first preference would be to sell it all. Second would be to sell ex - 7 & 8 and use those funds for drilling in ex - 2 & 3. Third option would be to sell all for a revenue royalty on all production. This could pay us a premium for many years ( 20 - 30). The key to all these opportunities is to seek bids from other players in addition to NIS, to ensure that we are treated ...more
