Does anyone know who is calling the shots these days? Someone must have refused to declare the Romania well commercial. Was this a BOD decision? Shouldn't this have been disclosed somewhere?  KH keeps buying. Is he the only one still paying attention to this Company?

It might be more about forcing NIS to drill all of the agreed exploration wells. Rather than saying we made a commercial discovery now you have to pay 20% for any new wells. If that is the strategy they could not tell us that.
