needs new management however appears they are content just collecting fees and doing nothing to build value

Collect fee's? you obviously haven't been around long enough to dissect the thousands of microcap companies on the TSXV/CSE/TSX to realize the type of fleecing that actually occurs on a regular basis in general. I would say a vast majority of companies with a market cap of $10 million or less have greedy directors that own little stock and pay themselves around $8,000 to $,10,000+ per ...more
