Death
Good thing you aren't alive after you're dead, or you'd have to witness the hate of your heirs as they inherit EWK as part of your portfolio. It'd be like passing along cancer.
As EWK is by far the worst stock I've ever owned, then why in God's name would I keep such a "investment" ? Because it's a constant reminder of how not to conduct business. Cutting losses is a hard but very valuable lesson.
It would be fascinating to know the percentage of EWK investors who have died still holding this dog. How is everyone's health these days? Been going to the doctor for regular check ups? If death is looming, as in a terminal disease of some sort, you might think of saving your loved ones the pain.
On the other hand, if this thing completely and finally fails, and offically becomes the goher farm it already is, then maybe the remnant company, in a last and only act of good faith, could designate the land to inter all passing shareholders of a once great promise.
But, on a brighter note, maybe management will expire before the rest of us, and someone competent will rise, and the garbage and champagne will flow and dreams and prayers will come true.....yes, yes, quite the investing strategy.
