The following is a communique I sent to a friend ....
I have been meaning to send this for quite some time. I have been purchasing more shares at these low prices. This has allowed me to average down my cost per share.
You will see the risk is in whether or not WindSpace and Elysium Nordic get the funding..
I came across the interview video today with regard to two major tire manufacturing companies who have signaled they want large quantities of carbon black from the pyrolysis recycling industry but capacity has been an issue..
This could get very interesting very soon based upon this statement in the Green Giraffe press release back in November which you will see in one of the links I've provided.
"Jens Elton Andersen, the Company’s CEO, said “we are pleased with the progress to date and the significant interest we have received. We expect to receive a non-binding offer before the end of the year for the first plant and expect to close on that financing in the first quarter of 2022”."
The first quarter is almost over....
There is a strong possibility they don't get funding but I believe they will. It's high risk but high reward if they come out with an announcement in the next week that they've secured the funding for the FIRST plant..
So the main theme in this video was that an announcement was made for the FIRST by two of the largest tire manufacturers (Michelen and Bridgestone) as to their interest in recycled carbon black and one of their main concerns is there isn't enough capacity to be obtained via the Pyrolysis methodology as well as standards/specifications and what kind of recycled quantity needed in the new tire production.
This was VERY good news in that the industry is telling Pyrolysis recyclers that they NEED and WANT material in LARGE quantities.. They would prefer to get it by large producers as opposed to smaller producers of 3,000-5,000 tonnes a year plants.
Jens Elton Andersen of WindSpace along with Elysium Nordic are the companies who have a permit to built the 30,000 tonnes per year plant in Nyborg, Denmark utilizing Environmental Waste International "Reverse Pyrolysis" technology (Our company)
They have contracted Green Giraffe to raise "GreenField" funding from investors to invest into the plant.
So IF they can get the funding, they begin with a 30,000 tonne plant but here is a statement I liked and it goes along with what Michelin and Bridgestone are saying with regards to a large quantity coming from ONE source..
"The project has an option to rent the neighboring area, which gives the possibility to expand the capacity of the plant."

Jens is the first person they interview in this video below. I recommend watching the entire video..
Interesting note.. You will see they interview Thomas Sorrensen from Swedish company "Enviro". Enviro was the company FIRST picked and it was announced that they were to be the recycler of choice by WindSpace and Elysium for the Nyborg plant..
Then at the last minute... Enviro was dropped and Windspace/Elysisum went with Environmental Waste International.
I believe the reason is that EWI has the better technology with the least amount of carbon emissions using thermal energy in the reverse pyrolysis process, utilizing the patented microwave technology of EWI.

One of the things mentioned towards the end (they gave New Zealand as an example)
is the proximity of the recyclers to the market of the tire manufacturers.
So I did a quick search as to companies in Denmark who manufacture tires and found there is one about 2 hours away from the port of Nyborg. This is EXCELLENT news for us as investors in EWI because when considering funding of this plant by the Green Giraffe investors, they will want to know this, as transportation costs will eat away at profit margins if they have to get it to the market over great distances.
Here is Danish tire manufacturer and I see they bought a German company years ago.. lol

So IF they can get the funding, they begin with a 30,000 tonne plant but here is a statement I liked and it goes along with what Michelin and Bridgestone are saying with regards to a large quantity coming from preferably ONE source or sources.
"The project has an option to rent the neighboring area, which gives the possibility to expand the capacity of the plant."
So what does this mean for you and I with EWI? EWI has the patented technology so they would get a license fee for the use of the technology as well as a residual fee from the recycled material.. That means revenue to the company but more importantly, this would be the first large-scale adoption of the technology and that would bode well for marketing of this technology going forward.
I apologize for the length of this but where I convinced you to buy this thing... I feel obligated to give you a comprehensive update and to tell you do NOT lose hope!!
All my best to you and hope all is well and you are planning your next vacation!!
