Number of shares:  12.5 million shares

Purchase price:  10 cents per share

Warrants:  6.25 million share purchase warrants to purchase 6.25 million shares

Warrant exercise price:  15 cents for a one-year period

Number of placees:  Five placees

Insiders:  Allan J. Beaton, 2.5 million; Stanley Roger McClay, 2.5 million"

Who was it, again, who purchased stocks, along with McClay on that pp as announced in that same press release? Hm? The name escapes me...but I did read elsewhere that he and McCLay were/are former insiders of the company selling their interest to Sl-EZ.It is probably safe to assume they did not divest themselves of their positions in the owner company, BCT(?), of the "Bonaparte Lake Gold Mine
